FAQs

HOW DO I BOOK AND SECURE MY DATE?

We book on a first come, first serve basis and require a signed e-contract as well as a deposit of 50% of the entire service total stated on the contract. Once we have these two things taken care of, your date is secured! This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a date change or cancellation.

HOW DO TRIAL RUNS/BRIDAL PREVIEWS WORK?

Trials are not required, but are a great way to preview your wedding day look so you get the look that you envision for your special day.  The trial appointment consists of a thorough consultation of what you would like done for your hair and makeup and normally lasts 2 hours. We recommend scheduling your trial appointment at least 8 weeks prior to your wedding date.  You would then meet Betty at her studio in Sugarland for your trial appointment.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY TRIAL APPOINTMENT?

Please come with clean dry hair (no products in it) and a moisturized makeup-free face.

WHAT IF I WANT TO BOOK A TRIAL BEFORE SECURING MY WEDDING DATE?

That we can definitely do! But we book on a first come, first serve basis.

HOW LONG DO YOUR SERVICES TAKE?

For makeup, I normally give my Brides 1-1.5 hours and 45 minutes for Bridesmaids, Moms, etc.  For hair, it may take 30 - 45 minutes depending on hair type, length and style. I will create a timeline and send that to you once timing is finalized.

WHAT IS MY TRAVEL FEE?

It normally starts at $50 within Sugarland city limits.  For an exact quote, please send us the location where you and your bridal party plan on getting ready at.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO WE ACCEPT?

Venmo or Zelle is our preferred method.

CAN YOU ACCOMODATE LARGER BRIDAL PARTIES?

I will do my best to accommodate you and your bridal party.  If you book far enough in advance, I will do my best to recruit a secondary artist to assist. Having a secondary artist ensures that everyone’s hair and makeup is completed on time.
